  • To screen, score, and analyze resumes using AI (via OpenAI API).
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, support, and product news.

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the France and protected with industry-standard security measures. We use encryption, access controls, and regular audits to safeguard your information.

We never sell or share your candidate data with third parties. All resume files are deleted after processing, unless you request otherwise.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Resume files and candidate data are deleted automatically after processing unless you choose to save results. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
