Privacy Policy
How account information, candidate data, and billing information are handled when you use Resume Selector.

Data collected
We store account information, recruitment data, candidate analysis, uploaded resume metadata, usage data, cookie consent, and billing identifiers.
Authentication data
Google OAuth and magic link login data are processed through AuthJS and stored as needed for secure sign-in.
Resume analysis data
Resume text and job criteria may be sent server-side to OpenAI to generate structured candidate analysis and interview questions.
Payment data
Stripe handles payment details. We store customer and subscription IDs, not full card details.
Cookies
Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies require consent.
Data retention
Cleanup of stored resume files and retained raw extracted text is configurable from 30 to 2,555 days (365 days by default). It currently runs only when an account user triggers it from Settings. This setting does not automatically delete the account or structured screening results. Separate deletion controls are available for resume files, candidates, recruitments, and accounts.
