Data collected

We store account information, recruitment data, candidate analysis, uploaded resume metadata, usage data, cookie consent, and billing identifiers.

Google OAuth and magic link login data are processed through AuthJS and stored as needed for secure sign-in.

Resume text and job criteria may be sent server-side to OpenAI to generate structured candidate analysis and interview questions.

Stripe handles payment details. We store customer and subscription IDs, not full card details.

Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies require consent.

We retain account, recruitment, and candidate data while your account is active unless deletion or cleanup is requested.
